未成年入住規範 Minor Accommodation Policy

依相關法規及旅宿管理規範，未成年旅客入住須符合以下規定：

一、年齡限制

1. 未滿16歲之旅客，不得單獨入住，須由法定代理人陪同辦理入住並全程同行。
2. 若住宿者或同行人皆為16歲以上未滿18歲之未成年者，須依下列規定辦理。

二、入住條件（16歲以上未滿18歲）

1. 須取得法定代理人同意並簽署「未成年住宿同意書」，方可持文件辦理入住。
2. 辦理入住時須出示：
   • 有效身分證明文件
   • 法定代理人簽署之未成年住宿同意書

三、未符合規定之處理

1. 未滿18歲旅客如未提供未成年住宿同意書，將無法辦理入住。
2. 未滿16歲旅客如無法定代理人陪同，恕無法入住。
3. 不符上述規定者，將依訂房取消政策辦理。

四、責任說明

未成年旅客於住宿期間如有違反規定或涉及法律責任之情事，其法定代理人應負相關責任。

五、其他事項

如有未盡事宜，依相關法規及現場公告辦理。

In accordance with applicable regulations governing accommodation, the following requirements apply to minor guests:

1. Age Restriction

1. Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay alone and must be accompanied by a legal guardian at check-in and throughout the stay.
2. Where all staying guests are aged 16 to under 18, the following requirements must be fulfilled.

2. Check-in Requirements (Ages 16–17)

1. A signed “Parental/Guardian Consent Form for Minor Accommodation” is required prior to check-in.
2. The following documents must be presented:
   • Valid identification
   • Signed consent form from the legal guardian

3. Non-compliance

1. Guests under 18 who fail to provide the required consent form will not be permitted to check in.
2. Guests under 16 without a legal guardian present will not be permitted to stay.
3. Reservations not meeting the above requirements will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

4. Liability

Legal guardians shall bear responsibility for any violations of regulations or applicable laws by the minor during the stay.

5. Miscellaneous

Any matters not specified herein shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and on-site regulations.
