Stay in the secret place of the mountain view in Taipei city, the project includes two “Feng Rong Braised Beef” which won the bronze medal in the braised group of “ 2022 Beef Noodles International Awards” and the Sunrise all-day restaurant breakfast for two, starting from NT$5,999* per night.
“Feng Rong braised beef noodles” , specially selected American Beef ribs with a soft taste and rich fat. Fried until golden on the outside to exude the aroma of the beef, then stir-fried with secret spices and exclusive sauce, and then simmered slowly the beef ribs with rich sauce, combined with a soup base made of vegetables and fruit, beef bones, beef ribs, old hen, and different spices, with a sweet aftertaste, the two are fused together to create a mellow braised beef rib soup. The meaty flavor is overflowing with a spicy aroma, and the beef ribs taste salty and delicious, with rich layers, no one can resist it. It is definitely the first choice for beef noodles.
